The RMM rollscope has it’s feet in the form of ebonite-rollers so that it can be placed directly on the examined object for examination of rolled surfaces, such as rollers, turbine shafts, or gravure roll cylinders. This microscope can readily be brought to application sites for the examination of large steel structures, vehicles, ships, or other objects which can not easily be sampled for laboratory examination.
